I would give 10 stars if I could! Ashley was our realtor and helped us through a very difficult sale and buying experience. She stepped in and helped us with an less-than-thorough lender, stayed up till midnight working on offers from buyers, went back and forth repeatedly with the sellers of the house we were buying when a appraisal came back low, she dealt with multiple closing issues ON THE DAY OF CLOSING when we almost walked out of both deals, and her husband went to the house we were selling to calm down the buyers and answer their questions about minor issues. Ashley kept our dogs in her house the day of closing when things started to go sideways, her husband let us borrow his flatbed truck for moving, and she went and picked up a new pool key for me today when I wasn't getting anywhere with the new HOA. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is, her attention to detail, her calmness regardless of the many issues that arose, and her professionalism. I was hesitant to use a small company but I am so glad I did. You will not be sorry if you use Anova Realty and Remodeling, LLC.
